My background is in high-level personal training and performance coaching, working with people who expect structure, honesty, and results.

Over time, my work expanded beyond physical training into mentoring and speaking, because the same principles apply everywhere: discipline, clarity, and execution.

I work with individuals who have achieved things before and know what “good” looks like, but want more consistency, sharper focus, and higher standards.

I do not run mass programmes. I do not chase volume.
